We are launching our debut event on the 24th of October. Startup Culture, Team and Growth Hacking; by Founders, for Founders. 2: Dash Tabor, "How to Build Good Founder Foundations"
Dash Tabor is Founder & CEO of TUBR, the deep-tech company removing the limitations placed on machine learning, by enabling predictive technology to produce highly accurate results with both complete and incomplete data sets. TUBRs physics-based approach to ML/AI enables predictions on sparse and sporadic data in rapidly changing chaotic environments. She leads the team with over 10 years of experience in Product Management specialising in building Data products and propositions.

3: Jonathan Burrows, "Making better mistakes and learning to fail well"
Founder and former CEO of Ask4, a significant multinational internet services and telecom company. Founding Investor of DotForge.

4: Nigel Greenwood, "Growth Hacking through Obsession with the Customer Journey"
Founder of BuBul, a successful customer journey entrepreneur, with a long history of making big changes through the customer experience, and curating the customer journey.

5. Peter Hopton, "The Locus of Control - Establishing a Culture of Being In-Control"
Founder of VeryPC and Iceotope, and Chairman of Productive Machines, BOW and Simultac; Pete works in the high-tech cyber-physical, predominantly at seed and early growth stages.

Our mission is to raise the ambition ceiling of the Northern Region by having founders share their stories and experiences with other founders. We will highlight and celebrate the success (and failures, learning) of founders in the region, to help raise our ambition and enable a silicon-valley-like culture of collaborating and sharing.
