Engineering Leadership: Killing Meetings With Asynchronous Collaboration

Hosted by WRK Digital (wrkdigital.co.uk) after two successful events in Leeds we are taking the next Software Engineering Leadership meetup to Sheffield this March.

The aim of the meet up is to bring the immensely talented Yorkshire Software Engineering leadership community together to support each other with meaningful connections.

We have a brilliant evening lined up hosted by James Charlesworth - Snr Engineering Manager with Pendo.io

James will running his talk on Killing Meetings With Asynchronous Collaboration and sharing a framework for more effective, and therefore fewer, meetings. Then we will follow up by discussing our own individual tips and pitfalls in a structured and actionable way.
