Information and guidance session for mentors particpating in the Sheffield Digital Mentoring Scheme.

Sarah will deliver a short guidance session about the Sheffield Digital mentoring scheme, including information on:

- our matching process
- setting up your first meeting and follow-up meetings with your mentee
- goals and accountability
- setting boundaries
- what to do if circumstances change or the pairing isn’t working
- closing the mentoring relationship when it comes to an end
- what to expect from the mentoring organiser
- resources available
- mentor meetups

There will be time for Q&A at the end.

Please note that this information session will focus on how Sheffield Digital is running the scheme. It does not involve any training.

We hope that the following people will attend:

- mentors who have already worked with mentees and plan to continue
- new mentors who have only just signed up
- anyone considering to join the scheme
