The SheffTechLeadership group is a discussion group. We will have a kick off from this sessions facilitators to explain the subject then break into groups to discuss, coming back together to share what we discussed with the full group.
Junior Talent is the future. How do we make sure that we make the most of the people at the start of their career? How do we identify and nurture that talent and channel them in the right direction for themselves and our organisations? How can we make sure South Yorkshire has a really great talent conveyor belt supplying us all with great juniors who will one day be great leaders?
