Barnsley College Digital Industries invites you to an Employer Guide to Digital Placements on 3rd June at 10am.
If you are considering taking a student as part of a long term work placement within your company but need more advice and guidance to help you decide if it is right for you, join us to find out more and hear from some local employers.
Collette Evans from Picture Perfect Photography and James Shaw from Barnsley Hospital will share their experience and the benefits of taking on placement learners.
We’ll cover a number of things from what a good student placement looks like, to what health and safety checks are needed, to facilitates and resources needed.
