This month we are proud to have Michael Bell, Agile Team Coach, Paypal, come to share with us the importance of slack in our teams, plans and lives because every system requires slack. It allows for change, growth and reflections. Especially in the face of uncertainty. This talk will take us through what slack is and why it’s important to have it in every aspect of our lives.

The Presentation with time for questions and discussion will last about an hour, as we try to replicate the in person experience we can keep going a little longer if some smaller groups wish to keep discussing.
