This month we'll be take a look at some of the different roles that make up design teams in organisations that take a human-centred design approach to designing services. We're delighted to welcome Braden Tinline and Bobby King who'll tell us a little about their respective roles as Service Designer and Interaction Designer. I'll join them and share a couple of things I've learned along my journey in becoming a User Researcher.
