Lean Agile Glasgow: Retrospectives - From Meh To Great with Jak Mohammed

For our April Event we have Jak Mohammed on how to improve your retrospectives his session, "Retrospectives: From Meh To Great"

Abstract:

Retrospectives are one of the most critical parts of any teams ability to inspect, adapt and ultimately improve, yet I have seen so many retrospectives fall into the repetitive grind of yet another what went well, what didn’t go so well and improvement actions.

This session will lean heavily on the Agile values as a key influence, we will explore these from the retrospective lens and deep dive into each one to collaboratively discuss potential improvements.

This will hopefully lead to you leaving the session with some new tips, a desire to followup on your own ideas about retrospectives and critically some practical takeaways that you can implement with your teams.
