This month we welcome Louis Granger, EMEA Solutions Consulting Lead at UserTesting, the Silicon Valley tech firm who opened their European headquarters in Edinburgh last year. Louis will be talking to us about the benefits of remote UX research, brought to life through real world examples.
Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances Bobby King is no longer able to attend this meetup, we look forward to hearing his talk in the near future. In the meantime, Jo Arthur (User Researcher at the National Lottery Heritage Fund) has kindly agreed to step in. Jo will be talking to us about how she's using Miro to facilitate research analysis using affinity mapping at the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks Jo!

In this session, Louis Granger, who heads up the Solution Consulting team for UserTesting in EMEA, will take us through how UX teams use the UserTesting platform to drive business value and efficiencies in their day-to-day work with a range of real life use cases.
About Louis
Louis heads up the Solutions Consulting team in EMEA for UserTesting and was one of the first employees in the region. Louis works with customers and prospects to drive business value from customer insights using his background in CX consulting. Working across all industry segments and verticals, Louis advises on best practises and use cases for the UserTesting solution, whether that be for design iteration, in the wild testing, or live asset feedback.
