Episode 2 is a conversation with Bella Abrams, the University of Sheffield’s Director of Information Technology. Over 3 days in March 2020, Bella’s team moved 33k learners and 8k staff online without a hitch. Bella will discuss what she sees great leadership looking like in the online space; and will share how she has worked with her team, particularly during lockdown to build certainty and look after the whole person.
