Open Tech Calendar

Organised in partnership by FINOS and Scott Logic, the Edinburgh Open Source Fintech Meetup aims to expand contributions to and consumption of open source technologies, while growing a healthy engineering community in the financial services industry.

We wish to encourage everyone to consume and contribute safely to fintech open source software by fostering collaboration in the community around open source solutions and services for banks, fintech businesses and financial services firms.

With expert guest speakers and facilitators at each session, you can expect: demos of the latest open source technologies (don’t worry, no pitches!); case study presentations on transformational or enabling projects; investigations of tech, down to the code level; and interactive sessions exploring agile ways of working and how to foster an open source culture.
