Everyone is welcome; if you have built a site in Drupal, you can contribute. For new folks: you can get a head start also by making an account on Drupal.org and taking a look at the Drupal Ladder drupalladder.org
We will have a brief introduction, then split into pairs and work on Drupal core issues. We'll select a variety of issues beforehand - some don't require any coding experience.
- Bring your laptop + PSU.
- If possible, install Git (git-scm.com) before coming
- git clone Drupal 8 core (more info at drupalmentoring.org)
- You might find installing an IDE (eg, Netbeans or Eclipse) useful.
- Sign up at groups.drupal.org
Note that DrupalCon (prague2013.drupal.org) is in Prague the following week.
