Lean Agile Edinburgh: Hearts & Mind vs Hard Facts - Tales from the trenches

This month we're happy to have Mick Barry, Head of platform operations at Nucleus financial, join us to talk about his experiences of overcoming resistance to change

Hearts & Mind versus Hard Facts - Tales from the trenches delivering Lean digital transformation
While my old school sci-fi enthusiasm would have me think Resistance is futile, we are nowadays seeing that not only is resistance to hard facts and data led decisions more and more common, it's also proving to be fairly effective to preventing change happening successfully. In this session I'd like to talk about my experiences of trying to create a new transformation team and our attempts to deliver transformative change and the, often unexpected, challenges we've faced along the way.
