Growing a Tech Startup During a Pandemic
It’s been 12 months since John Catnach joined Exizent as their first technical hire. At this month’s Lean Agile Edinburgh he joins us to talk through his experience of leaving the corporate world behind, building teams from scratch, focussing on agile principles and balancing tech debt and customer value all whilst a pandemic has been going on.
