SIE: IV Mobile Apps Meetup Glasgow #2

The first IV Mobile Apps Meetup Glasgow was a success with 3 speakers and 60+ attendees so it's time to make it a regular thing! Based on the famous TechMeetup format, this meetup will give you deeper insights into mobile technology as well as allow to network with like-minded people over some beer and pizza.
Informatics Ventures, SIE Informatics Intern West and GU Tech Society welcomes students, graduates and people from the industry to come along.

Lee McLaughlin
Founder of IC Mobile Lab

Lee has worked in Industry for over 3 years as a Software Engineer designing, building and consulting on software components for Symbian OS, as well as working on internal investigations on other Linux based mobile OS. His primary field of expertise was in the communication stacks within the OS but I also designed and implemented device drivers. Now he is running the IC Mobile Lab which provides quality Mobile Applications on time and on budget.



Ross Tuffee
MD & Co-founder of DOGFI.SH Mobile

Ross set up DOGFI.SH Mobile with Paul Burrowes five years ago at about the time when Apple launched their iPhone 1. DOGFI.SH Mobile is a mobile software development company that focuses on the travel sector and also delivers mobile solutions across other sectors including retail, utilities and FMCG.
