We are the capital of Scotland’s premier meetup for all things PHP and more. We love talking about all web technologies, including, but not limited to: PHP & JavaScript frameworks / DHTML & AJAX / programming methodologies and design patterns / CMS’s / e-commerce / hosting / scalability / deployment / Relational & Document databases and any other cool web technologies.
edPUG takes place on the third Tuesday of every month. It is free to come along, but we issue electronic tickets via Eventbrite to control the capacity of the venue. Get your ticket early to avoid disappointment! We’ll also email those with a free ticket with a reminder a few days before the event.
edPUG Tuesday 16th September 2014: Thomas talks about Apigility
Description changed:
Tuesday 16th September 2014 - 2 days before the big vote, the last edPUG before Scotland decides its destiny!...but by now we all need a wee break from all the TV debate, water cooler wind ups and changing room chats! The perfect solution - an edPUG talk!
This month edPUGGER Thomas of engineor.com talks about Apigility:
"Due to the growing importance of web APIs in today's web and mobile architecture, it has been necessary to develop and implement new standards and best practices. This talk will be a quick presentation of Apigility, a tool provided by Zend to overcome these problems and help create high-quality APIs."
As usual food and drinks available on the night.
We also have another PHPStorm licence up for grabs, you just need to be in attendance and have a twitter account!
See you there! get your FREE ticket at:
