Adam Winstanley and Nik Shearer work in different industries but are both fans of Agile . They are exploring how Agile can be applied in the building industry where it is not traditionally used. So, how can we apply agile successes in development to improve the quality of the business processes in another environment?

This talk will cover previous non-agile successes and failures, and how the agile model can be applied whilst considering the sustainable, ethical and positive sum circular economic model the world is shifting toward.
