Lean Agile Glasgow - Meetup

Thanks to FanDuel for hosting November's meet up.

We'll have two fantastic sessions for you to enjoy.

First up:

Agile in Architecture (and Architecture)

Adam Winstanley and Nik Shearer work in different industries but are both fans of Agile . They are exploring how Agile can be applied in the building industry where it is not traditionally used. So, how can we apply agile successes in development to improve the quality of the business processes in another environment?

This talk will cover previous non-agile successes and failures, and how the agile model can be applied whilst considering the sustainable, ethical and positive sum circular economic model the world is shifting toward.

Followed by:

Lean Agile Glasgow as a service

Anne Dhir, Snook

The workshop will be an introduction to service design, but since our motto is “Less Talking More Doing”; there will be (almost) no talking. Instead, we’ll tackle a design challenge: How might we reach new people who might benefit from taking part in Lean Agile Glasgow? We’ll map the experience of an attendee from beginning to end, identify pain points and turn them into opportunities. We only have an hour so we’ll have to work fast, but it should be fun (and hopefully useful).

Please take your name from the list if you are no longer able to attend as we have to cap numbers at 50 for this meet up and we often have a long waiting list!
