What Java language changes are on their way? How will they make your coding life easier? In this talk, we'll take a look at a range of new features being developed by Project Amber and Project Valhalla to get a good overview of Java's future. Come along and be prepared to give your opinions on the new features!

Bio:

Stephen Colebourne is Engineering Lead, Platform at OpenGamma, the creators of Strata. He is best known for his work on open source Java with the "Joda projects". As a Java Champion and JavaOne Rock Star speaker, he continues to push Java forward.
