The London Java Community: Meet a Mentor Meetup #4

This is a placeholder for the event which is being run on Eventbrite. See the full details here: www.eventbrite.co.uk

This is a chance to come and meet your mentor/mentee and others that are involved in the Meet a Mentor initiative. It is also a chance for new members to come and hear more about what is happening within the Meet a Mentor community. We have reserved a private room in a pub 5 minutes from Old Street Station where you can come along and chat to your mentor, as well as sharing experiences with other mentees and mentors. The event and initiative is open to anyone from CTO to graduate level.

This event is the fourth in-person event that we have organised. So far there have been over 600 introductions between mentors and mentees, primarily in London around the Java ecosystem, JavaScript, Node and related technologies through our online Slack group which you can read about here: meetamentor.co.uk
