Join me as I take you on a journey to draw back the curtain on how I'm discovering what it means to be agile. You’ll hear how courage, brains and heart are all that are needed and be reminded how each small step takes you closer to realising that there's really no magic involved in being agile. Katie reflects on her agile journey to date, highlighting the highs and the lows, and describing those moments of realisation about why the agile manifesto is so powerful.
It's a personal journey that will provide encouragement and some useful tips for those just starting out but also provides food for thought and a call for those with experience to be open and share your experiences - it's the best way in which we can all learn about how best to be agile and to continue to strive to improve.
