*You Get What You Measure*
Many companies ask the question “How agile are we?”. They employ tools to measure the perceived agile maturity of their teams and use the results to drive change. In this session I’ll be looking at the use of agile maturity assessments within organisations. I’ll be asking whether measuring the agile maturity of teams is valid for an organisation and exploring whether these measures can add value to an organisation in helping it achieve its key results.

*Bio*
Originally from an IT Project Management background, Mark was introduced to Agile in 2005 and has worked almost exclusively within Agile roles since then. For more than 10 years Mark has worked as an Agile Coach within multiple companies in various industry sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
