Lean Agile Edinburgh: Sue Stockdale - Polar Explorer - How to motivate your team in a week

Highly relevant at the moment is team motivation. We're delighted and privileged to have Sue Stockdale, adventurer, coach, speaker and author join us to share her experiences.

Talk:
In an extreme environment like the Arctic, if your team does not pull together, collaborate and look out for one another, the consequences could be drastic. Sue will talk about a Greenland expedition where she joined individuals from Norway and Germany to create a high performing team in a short space of time. Sue will explain how to motivate your team for success, how to overcome challenges, and the seven simple steps that can be accomplished in a week to help a team be motivated and focused.
