Teachers / Education / Parents
The Raspberry Pi was created to encourage children to learn about computers, programming and electronics.
Many of the programs / projects meet the requirements of the new Computing Curriculum introduced this September and there are suitable lesson plans and schemes of work created by the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
Our workshops, talks and projects are suitable for children and beginners upwards. Programming and creating with Minecraft, music, bright LEDS and robots makes learning fun and exciting.
It's not just computing / ICT. You will gain ideas, resources and inspiration to help teach outstanding Computing/Design/Tech/Art/Maths/Science/Music etc lessons.
If you would like your computer/robotics club to show their projects / give a short talk at this or a future Jam we would be very interested to hear from you.
